Suggestions Received:
1. Free SMS gets replies in the App
2. Save contact’s carriers so when you pick a contact you have already used with the app it auto picks the carrier for you so you don’t have to remember each contact’s carrier
3. Ability to send to International carriers
4. Ability to send same message to multiple users at the same time.
Keep them coming!!!
ability to send texts to cricket phones would be nice
Cricket is already in the app, make sure u have the latest version from the app store

Becky, sorry for the mixup, we have an update that will add smart telecom pending with the app store, we updated the description thinking it wouldn’t change until the update posted, but obviously we were wrong on that!!! Hang in there and u should have smart telecom maybe by end of week!

I thought that Philippines is already supported based on the description that’s why I purchased this app.
I really wish that Globe Telecom and Smart Telecom will be added soon. I purchased this app just for international texting. Looking forward to this support.

Kim there has been a pending update for over a week, waiting on apple to approve it, it will add smart telecom when approved, still looking for info on globe telecom.

Hey matt ur app is awesome and i luv it the only thing is can u make it so u can attach pictures to ur messages? Also above it says u can receive replies in the app. I dont see that. Can u help. Thanks.
You can’t receive replies in the app, those always come back to your email. We r considering adding mms capabilities, but it might be a little while…

hey matt when I try to send an SMS message to the cincinnati bell carrier it says invalid recipient adress. what should I do ? other then that the app is awesome!

I didn’t get an email it just says unable to send. am I supposed to put a 1 before the 10 digit number?
you didn’t get an email response? did you get a “Message Failed” dialog? if so your settings are incorrect, what email provider are you trying to use? what are your current settings?

I’m using the email set up on my ipod. it’s my screen name e mail. I have set my settings to the use default email set up on iPod setting thing.
Ok so you have smtp and pop setup for your acct on your iPod, who is the email service with?

Why can’t I get my yahoo email to work? I don’t have the PLUS account. Anyway around it?
no way around it, unless you enable the “use iphone/ipod email” switch and have yahoo as your default email on the iphone/ipod.

Another question. Would love to be able to reply to a SMS reply that came to my yahoo mail by hitting reply. The problem is that it’s tough to get rid of previous msgs. So my response would not be too lengthy. Any suggestion?

There is a new version of the iPhone sdk due out anytime(june 6th?), that will include cut and paste, so in theory you should be able to cut out the extra stuff you don’t want pretty soon..

gavin, the update got declined, i’m rewriting it a little bit and will be resubmitting it. i’ll try to let you know when it’s out!
apple’s process is so random. i didn’t change any of the networking code, since the initial release, and have done 4 updates previously, but they are now complaining about it, go figure.

I use o2 uk there 11 digit numbers.. If you could also add orange and vodaphone (11 digit) I could contact all my freinds 
that’s 11 digit without a country code or anything right? i’ll see what i can do for o2, orange, and vodaphone, shouldn’t be much of a problem, although getting an update out to the app store seems to be a problem these days, apple is going crazy on apps right now…
but look for it, it will come!!

I am trying to send text to someone in Canada. His service provider is Telus but when I type in his number it automatically goes to the Rogers setting. When I try to scroll down and change it back it completely closes out. What can I do to make it work? or what am I doing wrong?
